This is what we are eating this week:
Monday - Grilled salmon and salad greens
Tuesday - Crockpot Beef with Broccoli and brown rice
Wednesday - Scalloped potatoes (with ham) and peas
Thursday - Creamy chicken taquitos and corn (moved from 2 weeks ago)
Friday - Pasta with Bolognese sauce and salad
