Here is what our family will be eating this week:
Monday - Chicken noodle stir-fry
Tuesday - Pierogies, peppers, and onions
Wednesday - 4th of July cookout! - BBQ chicken legs, hamburgers, corn on the cob, and whatever our guests bring ; )
Thursday - Pork tenderloin, rice, and sauteed zucchini
Friday - Pork fried rice
