This recipe is super yummy, fast, and even healthy :) You have to plan ahead a little bit, but other than that it is perfect for a quick treat. Next time you have bananas that are starting to get a little too ripe, peel them and put them in the freezer, and when they are frozen you are all ready to make this shake!
1 frozen, very ripe banana
8 oz. milk
1/2 - 1 tsp cocoa powder
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. That's it, done!
You can adjust the amount of bananas, milk or cocoa to your liking. This is really too simple to be called a recipe, but I feel like it is one of those things everyone should know how to make :)
