Monday - Chicken Teriaki, brown rice, and snow peas
Tuesday - Steak Salad and Homemade Bread
Wednesday - Sandwiches
Thursday - BBQ beef short ribs, Cream Scalloped Potatoes, Green beans, and Chocolate Zucchini Cake (times two, I am taking a meal to a family in our church who just had a baby)
Friday - Spaghetti Squash
